DESCRIPTION

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to: 1. Understand the concept and importance of Critical Control Points (CCPs) in the HACCP system. 2. Explain the purpose and monitoring requirements of CCP 2 (Metal Detector) and CCP 3 (Chlorination).
