FAQ
1.
Can I apply to attend EXPO from CCK Training Management System?
EXPO/Exhibition/Trade Fair is not included in Training budget and it will subject to superior approval.
2.
As a staff, how did I know my application is being approved?
You will receive an email from Training Department to identify whether your application is approved/rejected.
3.
As a staff, if within a certain period, I still did not receive any email notification on my application, what shall I do?
Please follow up with your immediate superior.
4.
As a HOD, how did I know my department's budget allocation and balance?
All the information will be shown once you Login to CCK Training Management System.
5.
How can I claim my travelling allowances?
TD will send a link for expenses claim while your program is being approved and you need to fill in within 7 days after the program's end date.
6.
When can I purchase my flight or hotel booking?
Once you received an email with subject 'CCK TMS Flight/Hotel Booking Confirmation' from Training Department.
7.
What shall I do if my program is being rejected?
Please clarify with your immediate superior.
