DESCRIPTION

By the end of the program, plant frontline leaders will be able to: Recognize their role as first-line safety and quality leaders, identify unsafe and poor GMP behaviors early, Intervene using STOP – SPEAK – SUPPORT, Coach workers without blame, Prevent recurrence through consistent leadership action
