1) Practical understanding of the definition "beneficial owner" and the criteria to determine a beneficial owner.
2) Learns practical steps to record and update the register of beneficial owners and lodge with the Registrar via e-BOS relating the changes of the particulars of beneficial owner & company's beneficial owner.
